Cancellations and refunds are not permitted; however, credit notes will be issued for future bookings. Date changes are allowed as long as the reservation amount remains the same and availability is subject to change. A $100 security deposit will be required upon check-in to cover any damages or open accounts. If no damages are found, the deposit will be refunded.
